If you see no measurable improvement in your Google Maps rank, review count, or WhatsApp enquiry volume within 30 days of full activation — Findzo continues delivering services at no additional charge until you do. This applies to Grow and Dominate plan subscribers who provide all required setup information promptly.

This is a service continuation commitment, not a money-back guarantee. Findzo's responsibility is to keep working until results appear — not to refund fees for results that take longer than 30 days.

No one can legally guarantee specific Google Maps positions — Google's algorithm is controlled by Google. What Findzo guarantees is consistent, best-practice execution of everything within our control: complete and active profile management, weekly posting, review collection, competitor response, and profile optimisation. On the effective cancellation date: your NFC presence page deactivates, WhatsApp automation sequences stop, competitor monitoring ends, and dashboard access closes. Your Google Business Profile remains entirely intact and unaffected — rankings, reviews, and profile content stay exactly as they are. Your Google account is yours forever.

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. "Work has commenced" means from the moment we begin GBP setup, configuration, or any platform work — which starts on the same day payment is received. Currently, subscriptions are active or cancelled — there is no pause option. If you need to stop temporarily, cancelling and restarting is straightforward. On reactivation, your previous configuration is available for 30 days after cancellation. After that, setup fees apply as a new client.

It is not a marketing metric — it is calculated from real platform data.

Yes. Every Findzo operation follows Google Business Profile guidelines strictly. No fake reviews, no review incentivisation, no artificial ranking methods, no policy violations. All review collection is organic — we send requests to your real customers after their visit. Google posts are original, business-specific content. Findzo's methods are built to create sustainable, long-term ranking improvements — not short-term gains that risk account suspension.

Findzo's WhatsApp automation operates through Findzo's Meta-approved WhatsApp Business API account — not through unofficial tools or unauthorised access methods. Following proper message templates and frequency guidelines eliminates the risk of number restriction. Findzo has a clean compliance record on the platforms we operate.

The Findzo service agreement is governed by the Indian Contract Act 1872, Information Technology Act 2000, Consumer Protection Act 2019, and applicable GST regulations. Dispute resolution is through arbitration with seat in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Full details in our Terms of Service.

Yes. All Findzo pricing is exclusive of 18% GST. GST is added at checkout. A GST-compliant invoice is issued within 24 hours of every payment via WhatsApp and email.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. A payment link is sent via WhatsApp before each billing cycle. Setup fees are one-time, charged at the start. Monthly fees are charged on the same date each month. All prices are exclusive of 18% GST. Payments are processed through Razorpay — your card or UPI details are never stored by Findzo.

UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking via Razorpay. Bank transfers can be arranged for annual plans or enterprise accounts on request.

A fresh payment link is sent within 30 minutes of a failed transaction. Services continue uninterrupted for 48 hours. After 72 hours without successful payment, features may pause until the outstanding amount is cleared. No penalty fees, no late charges — just the outstanding subscription amount.

Upgrade: Anytime — changes take effect immediately. You pay the difference pro-rated for the remainder of the current cycle.
Downgrade: With 7 days notice. Effective from the next billing cycle. No refund for the current cycle's difference.
