Our position on refunds: Findzo is a digital service platform. When you subscribe, we immediately allocate server infrastructure, AI system capacity, and operational resources to your business. Because these resources are consumed from the moment your service is activated, most fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. This policy is designed to be clear, fair, and compliant with Indian consumer protection law. We encourage all prospective clients to take advantage of our
14-day free trial before committing to a paid subscription.

1. Why Most Fees Are Non-Refundable
Findzo operates on an immediate deployment model. The moment your payment is confirmed, the following resources are allocated exclusively to your business:
- Dedicated server capacity and storage on Findzo's infrastructure
- AI system configuration and personalisation for your business
- Onboarding team time for setup, configuration, and testing
- WhatsApp Business API message credits
- Google Business Profile access setup and verification
- NFC card programming and quality testing (for physical card orders)
These resources are consumed from activation and cannot be recovered or reallocated. This is consistent with industry-standard practice for digital services under Section 2(47) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which recognises the distinct nature of digital service delivery.
This is the same model used by all subscription-based digital platforms — Zoho, Tally, Razorpay, and similar Indian SaaS providers. Resources are deployed immediately upon subscription activation.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Findzo will process a full or partial refund in the following specific circumstances:
Duplicate payment: If your account is charged twice for the same order due to a payment processing error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Technical failure by Findzo: If Findzo is unable to deliver the contracted service due to a technical failure on our side — and this failure persists for more than 7 consecutive days — you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the affected period, calculated as (days affected ÷ total billing days) × monthly fee.
Pre-activation window: If you request cancellation within 2 hours of payment and before any setup work has commenced, Findzo will evaluate a refund on a case-by-case basis. Contact us immediately at

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Setup fees — once any configuration, profile work, or system setup has commenced
- Monthly subscription fees — for the current or any past billing period
- NFC card orders — once cards are programmed and dispatched
- Trial conversions — once a 14-day trial converts to a paid subscription and the first billing cycle commences
- Partial month cancellations — subscriptions cancelled mid-month are not pro-rated; service continues until the end of the paid period
- Result dissatisfaction — where the 30-Day Results Commitment applies (continued service, not refund)
- Third-party platform changes — Google algorithm updates, Meta policy changes, or WhatsApp API restrictions that affect results
- Client non-cooperation — where delayed or incomplete setup information from the client affects service delivery
- Services terminated due to policy violation — per Section 11 of our Terms of Service
4. Cancellation Process
To cancel your Findzo subscription, follow these steps:

Send cancellation notice
Message Findzo on WhatsApp (+91 96293 82388) or email
[email protected] with "CANCEL" and your business name. Minimum 7 days before your next billing date.

Confirmation received
Findzo will confirm your cancellation within 24 business hours, along with your effective cancellation date and a summary of what will deactivate.

Service continues until end of billing period
All Findzo services remain active until the end of your current paid billing period — you receive full value for what you've paid.

Deactivation on effective date
On the cancellation date: NFC pages, WhatsApp automation, and competitor monitoring deactivate. Your Google Business Profile remains yours with no changes.
Cancellation requests received less than 7 days before the billing date take effect at the end of the following billing period. The 7-day window ensures your service is not interrupted mid-cycle.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Where a refund is approved by Findzo, the following timelines apply:
- Credit/Debit card payments: 5–10 business days to reflect in your account (governed by Razorpay and your bank's processing time)
- UPI payments: 3–5 business days
- Net Banking: 5–10 business days
Findzo will provide a refund reference number via WhatsApp once the refund is initiated. Processing time after that is controlled by the payment network and your bank — outside Findzo's control.
6. Razorpay Payment Disputes
If you raise a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider without first contacting Findzo, the following applies:
- Findzo will contest the dispute and provide transaction evidence to the payment network
- Services will be immediately suspended during the dispute period
- Legal costs, dispute fees, and associated penalties charged to Findzo will be recovered from the client
We strongly recommend: Contact Findzo directly before initiating any payment dispute. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours via WhatsApp. Disputes initiated without prior communication are treated as a breach of these Terms.
7. The Better Alternative — 14-Day Free Trial
We recommend the 14-day free trial precisely so that clients experience the Findzo platform before any financial commitment. The trial includes:
- Google Business Profile setup and activation
- 3 posts per week on your Google Business Profile
- Review collection link active
- Weekly ranking check via WhatsApp
If you try the service and don't see value — cancel before Day 14 with one WhatsApp message. No payment, no charge, no obligation.
8. Grievance Escalation
If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied or a billing error has occurred, you may escalate as follows:
- Step 1: Contact [email protected] with your payment reference, date, and nature of concern
- Step 2: If unresolved within 5 business days, escalate to [email protected]
- Step 3: If still unresolved after 15 business days, you may approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
Findzo is committed to resolving all billing concerns promptly and fairly. The vast majority of issues are resolved in the first contact via WhatsApp.
