You monitor delivery, handle support in Tamil and English, onboard new clients, and flag anything that needs attention before the client notices it.

Your Core Responsibilities
  • Daily delivery monitoring — ensure every client's weekly posts, reports, and review responses are live on schedule
  • WhatsApp-first client support — questions answered within 2 hours, 9AM–7PM IST
  • New client onboarding — collect setup information, coordinate profile configuration, confirm activation
  • Track client satisfaction weekly — flag retention risks before they become cancellations
  • Maintain clear delivery records — what was done, when, for which client
