Findzo is building AI-powered systems that help businesses control their presence across Google, WhatsApp, and discovery platforms — without depending on agencies, paid listings, or platforms they don't own.
From Tamil Nadu to global markets — we are building the operating system for local business visibility. The people who join at this stage become the foundation of something significant.
Their visibility changes with algorithms, paid listing policies, and directory rankings they have no say over. Every week without an active presence strategy is a week their competitor gains ground. The tools that fix this have always been expensive, English-only, and built for large organisations — not for the independent business owner running a clinic in T.Nagar or a restaurant in Coimbatore.
We manage Google Maps presence, automate review collection, activate WhatsApp intelligence, and deliver competitive monitoring — all from a single platform. Tamil-native. Done for them. At a price point that makes sense for every business in India. Not a marketing agency. Not a directory. An infrastructure layer.
We are transparent about our stage and our direction. We are not guessing at a market — we are already operating in it, with paying clients, proven infrastructure, and a clear expansion path.
We are not pitching a vision. We are operating a live platform, serving paying clients, with infrastructure that runs 24 hours a day. Here is what that means for anyone who joins.
Every role contributes directly to revenue or client retention. There are no overhead positions here.
The person who takes Findzo from its current client base to 500 across Tamil Nadu. You meet business owners, show them exactly where they are losing customers, demonstrate the platform, and close. This is a high-ownership, high-reward role for someone who understands the Tamil Nadu SMB market from the inside.
The person who ensures every Findzo client receives exactly what was promised — on time, every week, without fail. You sit between the platform and the client. You monitor delivery, handle support in Tamil and English, onboard new clients, and flag anything that needs attention before the client notices it.
Findzo's core platform is a proprietary, production-grade intelligence system built entirely from first principles — no third-party platforms, no off-the-shelf tools repurposed for the job. When we hire our first engineer, we need a systems thinker who understands that a platform serving thousands of businesses must be built to last, not built to demo. This position is open for early expressions of interest. Active hiring begins when the time is right.
Not a job. A revenue-sharing partnership. If you know business owners — chartered accountants, insurance agents, business consultants, area influencers, fellow service providers — you can earn every time one of them becomes a Findzo client. Findzo handles everything after the introduction. You earn for the relationship.
Small team. High ownership. Systems over meetings. Automation over repetition. Field learning and real business impact. Four principles — applied equally to everyone, including the founder.
We respect your time and ours. Four steps. Maximum two weeks.
"We are early.
We are building something ambitious — a platform that manages local business visibility across India and eventually across Asia. Right now, it is being built and operated by one person. That will not be the case for long.
If you want stability without responsibility, this is not the place.
If you want to build systems that power thousands of businesses, work directly with the founder, and contribute to something that was not here five years ago and will be everywhere in five more — you will find this journey worth it."
Your name, the role you are interested in, and why. WhatsApp or email — Tamil or English. We do the rest.
All applications are reviewed directly by the founder. If selected, you will be contacted within 48 hours. If not selected, we will notify you — no silent rejections.
Findzo reserves the right to evaluate, approve, or decline any application based on operational fit and current requirements.
